Return Policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days. The withdrawal period begins at the time the contract is concluded or – in the case of physical products – upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a simple notification via email to nathalie@nourishedwithnat.com is sufficient.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as used for the original booking or order, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully rendered (e.g., completed coaching sessions), to custom-made offers, or to digital products that have already been accessed or used.
For physical products, a voluntary return policy also applies: items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns are made at the customer's own expense and risk.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment or cancels less than 24 hours in advance—regardless of whether the appointment is physical or digital—the full amount will be charged. Free cancellation is only possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
By making a booking, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
